Kelly of Okinawa Hai Judge #3

My name is Kelly Garcia. I live in Okinawa, Japan. I love learning about all the different kinds of food available on the island. For the last year or so, I've been the food editor on the website, OkinawaHai.com When I'm not writing or reading about food for the website, you can probably find me either eating it, teaching ESL, or taking care of my seven month old son.
