I decided to make the kids breakfast for lunch today! Star, Heart & Flower shaped pancakes on a bed of scrambled eggs with flower shaped turkey bacon & maple syrup in the cute little animal sauce bottles! I just used metal cookie cutters, sprayed them with non-stick spray, placed them on the griddle and spooned the pancake batter into each cookie cutter, waited for it to bubble a little bit and then flipped it. Once cooked I just popped out the cute little pancake and wa lah!!!
